Sizing and Fit

Store numbers can be very confusing and don't translate directly. To ensure the best fit, I recommend measuring yourself so I am able to correctly pattern.

How to measure correctly

• Waist: Measure the waist at the point you want the waistband to fit at. When buying jeans from the store, the waist is usually -2 for men's jeans, so if you measured 30, the jeans to buy would be 28. just for some extra knowledge I've discovered!

• Inseam: the best way is to measure an existing pair of jeans that fits the way you like, measuring from the crotch seam to the bottom hem. This ensures the jeans will fit how you want rather than doing extra math.
